Artimelle does not offer refunds for any purchases. Please kindly contact us for faulty product for exchange.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Engraved products cannot be exchanged unless the issue is due to Artimelle’s responsibility (e.g., wrong size, incorrect engraving, or other production errors)
