Does my order come with a diamond certificate?

  • Your Artimelle jewellery will arrive to you with a diamond certificate from IGI or a gemstone certificate from GEMID.

Can you gift wrap my order? What about personalised note?

  • We ship using secure, non-descript packaging material to ensure a safe delivery to your doorstep. Inside the packaging, you will see our elegantly branded gift packaging - ideal for gifting or personal use. We are able to include a personalised note with your order if you include a message during the checkout process. If you forget to include the personalised note during checkout process, please contact our customer service representative via email, Whatsapp or WeChat. We will try to include it for you if the package has yet to be dispatched.
