Where is the boutique located?
Our studio is located at 1802, 18th Floor, Winway Building, No.50 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong. You will receive the exact address, along with detailed arrival instructions, in your confirmation email once your booking is complete.
What is a virtual appointment?
We will connect via a one-on-one video call. Using a high-quality camera, we will showcase the jewelry up close, demonstrate the scale and movement of the pieces as they are worn, and walk you through customization options just as we would in the boutique.
How long are the appointments?
All appointments are scheduled for one full hour. This ensures we have plenty of uninterrupted time to explore the collections, try on pieces, or discuss the finer details of a custom design without feeling rushed.
Is there a booking fee?
No, both our in-person and virtual consultations are completely complimentary.
Do I need to know my ring size?
Not at all. If you are visiting us in person, we can measure you professionally during your appointment. If you are joining us virtually, we can guide you on the best ways to determine your exact size at home.
What should I prepare to discuss?
